Attic access door recommendation

In my new build i want access to the attic space via a kneewall. What options are there that will provide a good seal and r-value?

Norman,
Most lumberyards will allow you to custom order a prehung exterior door, complete with weatherstripping, in any size you want. But most carpenters would probably just build an access door, install thick rigid foam on the back, and install stops, weatherstripping, and a good latch.

Norman,

You might consider a hybrid approach of the options Martin has given you. Buy a pre-hung door and glue additional foam to the backside to increase the insulation value.
